Notes from Our Director:

Now that it's warmer out, it's a great time to explore the outdoors -- and your library can help!

Bringing your bicycle out of storage and finding that you need to make a repair or inflate a tire? Our bicycle repair station, with basic tools and an air pump, is available for free on the library's front lawn anytime!

Explore underneath the surface of the Earth with our metal detector! We loan a standard metal detector. Borrow one for 14 days using your library card, just like borrowing a book.

You can also borrow fishing poles from the library for 14 days. The library has 5 poles to loan -- each pole is ready to go with line, hook, and a bobber.

We're also pleased to announce that in-person storytimes at the library will return this month! We offer two weekly storytimes for young children:
  • Pajama Storytime - Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m. Geared toward children from birth through age 8.
  • Learn & Play Storytime - Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. Geared toward building the early literacy skills of children from birth through age 5.
See below for a full list of this month's classes, events, and take-home kits.

Happy spring!
