Friends of the Library

Are you a friend of the Library?  The purpose of the Friends of the Castleton Public Library is to maintain a volunteer, non-profit association of persons interested in a vital library.  The focus of this group will be to support the Castleton Public Library by promoting the use of the Library, increasing the public’s awareness of the Library’s resources and services and raising and receiving funds to provide supplemental assistance for special materials and activities for the Library.

The Friends meet monthly on the third Wednesday of the month.  The community is welcome to attend these meetings; please check the library calendar to confirm the next meeting.

If everyone helps a little, we can accomplish all of our goals.  So please join us!  You will have fun, meet new people, see old friends, and be helping your community all at the same time!
